Ezio Di Nucci is Professor of Bioethics and Director of the Centre for Medical Science and Technology Studies at the University of Copenhagen. Ezio grew up in Roma and got his PhD at the University of Edinburgh in 2008; after teaching philosophy in Scotland, Ireland and Germany, he moved to Denmark in 2015. Most of his work has been at the intersection between the philosophy of action and applied ethics. Recent monographs include: Mindlessness (2013), Ethics Without Intention (2014), Ethics in Healthcare (2018), and The Control Paradox (2020).
